Artist Statement

“Resonance of Unity” portrays a compelling narrative of peace and harmony thriving within our diverse global community. Using reclaimed metal, I meticulously craft sculptures of musicians, each holding identical instruments, collectively orchestrating a universal melody that transcends borders and cultures. These sculptures serve as ambassadors of cultural diversity, symbolizing the harmonious collaboration of musicians from different nations and fostering global understanding and cooperation.

Choosing reclaimed metal as my primary medium serves a dual purpose. It gives new life to discarded materials and conveys a profound message about the transformative power of unity.

The juxtaposition of sleek lines and rugged textures in the sculptures creates a visual dialogue, symbolizing the intricate dance between strength and vulnerability, power, and humility. Through “Resonance of Unity,” I aim to evoke a sense of hope and inspiration, emphasizing that, much like the musicians in the artwork, we can find common ground and create a symphony that echoes the shared dreams of a peaceful and united world.
